As a Service Support Specialist I, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support, resolve issues, and work collaboratively with various teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers

• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

• Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in providing technical support or customer service

• Strong skills in effectively resolving and addressing challenges

• Strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
