Manufacturing operators will be expected to operate different types of machinery throughout the manufacturing processes. Following the direction of the department supervisor and/or the lead coordinator. Operators must work safely and productively with attention to quality. Report any production or quality issues to superiors and maintain a clean work environment. Required Education and Experience:

• Some manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic understanding of work place safety

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency (6s)
• Follow all company policies and procedures (Safety, Production and Quality)
• Safely operate equipment to meet production goals
• Report quality and production issues to superiors
• Complete production records (Labor tickets, Load tickets, Inventory, etc.)
• Cooperate with other employees to reach goals and objectives
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Job Travelers and operating instructions
