We currently have an opening for a Desktop Support Technician position in Oak Brook, IL. This team of five is in need of a Desktop Support specialist to join their team. They provide complete issue resolution (L1-3) to support more than 1000 end-users. The day-to-day work varies from phone/email support, project-based work, to walk-ups and C-level executive support.

The responsibilities of this position include responding to calls, tickets, and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment. The candidate will be responsible for answering tickets via phone and email, and for owning the resolution of all issues. The Desktop Support Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining desktop applications, supporting new and existing workstation, network connectivity troubleshooting, new printer set up, O365: Exchange, Email Distribution lists, and supporting current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment. We are looking for someone that can troubleshoot first call resolutions while being able to multitask walk-up hardware configurations.
