Join our dynamic team as the BNL Corporate Sales Assistant, where you'll play a critical role in providing administrative, technical, and project management support to the BNL Country VP and the broader organization. With us you will:

Provide Business assistant support to BNL Country VP and BNL Sales Senior Director:

  • Manage agendas, schedules, and appointments for the BNL Country VP and BNL Sales Senior Director.

  • Handle expense reports and financial documentation.

  • Organize travel arrangements through our supported travel booking system.

  • Manage external relationships and coordinate logistics for visitors.

    Support BNL sales teams and enable corporate priorities:

  • Track initiatives and coordinate important corporate meetings and events.

  • Assist in organizing weekly Sales meetings, monthly townhalls, organization announcements, leadership visits, and action plan deployment events.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for smooth day-to-day operations:

  • Act as the point of contact for BNL Sales manager regarding organizational changes in Workday (employee workforce management system).

  • Regularly monitor and track employee performance and skills development.

  • Coordinate site facilities matters in Rotterdam in partnership with JLL.

    Lead the organization of employee engagement activities:

  • Organize employee engagement activities for both the Rotterdam site and important BNL events (e.g., Sinterklaasfeest or Christmas party).

  • Actively participate as a member of the BNL Engagement team, organizing regular informal activities throughout the year.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative and project management support in a corporate environment.

  • Fluency in Dutch & English

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in office management software applications and IT tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
