Insight Global Go To Market Specialist (INTL) in San Francisco, California

Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is seeking an experienced Go To Market (GTM) Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of their enablement content and certification offerings. This role will be fully remote sitting in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities include:

Strategy Development:

Establish holistic GTM strategies in key regions leveraging diverse communication channels for Enablement content and certifications

Identify effective internal and external communication channels

Promotion & Engagement:

Generate buzz and awareness around new offerings, updates, and releases through compelling campaigns and promotions

Develop and execute communication plans, leveraging various channels (e.g., email, social media, webinars, events) to drive customer and partner engagement

Leverage marketing tools to optimize promotional efforts and track metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional enablement teams to tailor approaches based on internal and external needs

Leverage SMEs and thought leader expertise to promote offerings

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze performance data and feedback to refine GTM strategies

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging channels

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of proven GTM experience, ideally in enablement/training or tech industries

Advanced English speaking and writing skills

Excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities

Deep marketing expertise across digital channels and analytics

Familiarity with release management processes and their integration with GTM

Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive improvements

Collaborative nature with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Bilingual in English and Portuguese null
