Job summary: The Field Technician will serve as the primary employee on jobs in the field with customers.  They will be required to have a wide range of knowledge in both residential and commercial electrical wiring and codes.  The Field Tech. will run jobs from start to completion including collection of payment when applicable. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Job duties and essential functions:

Handle Electrical work in residential and commercial environments. Own the job. Work should be complete and in full working order. Clean up job site.  It should look better than when the crew arrived. Exceptional customer service.

Enter all required information in the House Call system.

* Responsible for maintaining correct inventory in the Van for upcoming and ongoing jobs*

Relay proper information to the support team regarding; special orders, scheduling, and add-on work.

*Maintain the appearance of the Van (Inside and Out)           *

Help maintain the Shop for both appearance and safety
